ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Elder Wendy Mitchell


Elder Wendy Mitchell, a native of Daytona Beach, Florida has been preaching the gospel for over 18 years. Elder Mitchell is the founder, President and CEO of Wendy Mitchell Ministries, Inc.(WMMI) founded in 2007. Wendy Mitchell Ministries Inc. is a ministry of mentoring, evangelism, healing, restoration, education, empowerment, and health and fitness. It is designed to “Bring Out The Best In YOU!” Further, it is a 50lc3-Tax Exempt Non-Profit. 

In her formative years in the ministry, Elder Mitchell has served as a Sunday School Teacher, a vacation Bible school teacher, and a youth director. She is also a play write. As a play write, Elder Mitchell has written, produced, directed and performed over 10 Christian dramas across the United States and abroad, namely in Korea. She is a dynamic worship leader and enjoys leading God’s people into the very presence of God.

Elder Wendy Mitchell is a phenomenal woman of God, a dynamic leader, and an anointed preacher and teacher of the Gospel. She has preached the gospel both nationally and internationally. She is a much sought after preacher, teacher and speaker for conferences, retreats, seminars and bible studies.  

Elder Wendy Mitchell is a graduate of Florida A & M University, Tallahassee, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; and Faith Bible College and Seminary where she earned a Masters of Divinity. She is a certified lay counselor of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). 

Moreover, Elder Mitchell is a MOVER and a SHAKER. Her life’s goals are echoed in the life of the late great Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, Jr.: Her living shall not be in vain:

My Living Shall Not Be In Vain

If I can help someone as I travel along
If I can cheer someone with a word or song
If I can show someone whose traveling wrong
Then my living shall not be in vain.

If I can do my duty as a Christian ought
If I can bring salvation to a world once wrought
If I can do God’s will as the Master-Jesus taught
Then MY LIVING SHALL NOT BE IN VAIN!
